Shipping
All standard shipping orders are mailed via USPS priority mail. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed, unless otherwise noted. Listed shipping transit times are calculated only once the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
Currently only shipping within the United States. For questions about international orders, please click on the link below and fill out the form on the contact page using the subject title “International Shipping Request.”
Repairs
Prices for repairs are dependent on the severity of the damage and determined on a case by case basis. Please first review the instructions discussed on the About > Care page concerning the handling of broken pieces. If a repair is needed, fill out the form on the contact page. Use “Repair” as the subject title, and include a brief explanation.
